Payment

We accept payment in Australian dollars by:

(a) cash within Australia by arrangement only;

(b) cheques within Australia made payable to Ann Crosse Fabric Creations where it has to be a cheque drawn on an Australian Bank in Australian dollars and free from all fees and charges;

(c) Australian Post money orders made payable to Ann Crosse Fabric Creations and in Australian dollars and free from all fees and charges;

(d) PayPal.

(e) Direct Bank Deposit or Interbank Transfer by arrangement only.

Our Security
The Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) may not be active on this site unless a shopping cart is installed. It is strongly recommended that the purchaser checks the HTTPS status prior to any transaction.

We offer you a 14 day money back guarantee from receipt of goods, if goods and services provided through our Site are defective provided that you return the defective goods to us in unused condition. Refund amount only applies to the goods and excludes any freight charges. This is the only warranty we provide and all other warranties express or implied are excluded to the maximum extent allowed at law. Return shipping is to be paid for by the purchaser.

Delivery
We will advise you if we are unable to fill your order as soon as we are aware that we are unable to fill your order. We accept no liability to you whatsoever if we are unable to fill any order you place.

Goods and services ordered by you can be delivered by courier.

Our goods will be dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of full and clear payment of your order.

All goods purchased from us are purchased pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss of the goods is passed to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

All courier deliveries either within or outside of Australia must be fully insured. The responsibility of arranging and the cost of the insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Courier delivery within Australia is available at an additional cost to be negotiated prior to purchase and our goods will be dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of full and clear payment for your order.

Courier delivery outside of Australia is available at an additional cost to be negotiated prior to purchase and our goods will be dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of full and clear payment for your order. All duties and fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Limitations on Liability

In providing access to our Site and also in providing goods to you, we exclude all liability to you to the maximum extent permissible by law excepting liability to provide a refund in accordance with our warranty.

You agree to indemnify us from and against any and all claims and damages of any kind arising out of or relating to your use of our Site, your breach of any provision of these terms and conditions or any intentional wrongdoing by you.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. The State Court of Queensland or Federal Courts in Australia will have the exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any claims or disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions.
